The hotel had friendly staff and good service. Room cleaning was done every other day. I couldn't check in early or late because they were at full capacity, but I was able to leave my luggage at the reception in the meantime. The location is great, we could walk to Times Square, Broadway, The Vessel, and Highline in a few minutes. The subway was nearby, and it was easy to get there from JFK Airport.

It suited our needs perfectly. We needed a comfortable, clean room midtown. The bed was exceptionally comfortable.

The hotel is in a perfect place. The room was small, but there was everything that was needed. Air conditioning/heater, big bed, tea+coffee+water. Clean bathroom with soft towels, hair-dryer, shampoo+conditioner+shower gel, and more. In the lobby was a small shop with basics (drink, food, umbrella,..) and a good restaurant.

Received text when we got there for basically a personal assistant to our stay. We were able to leave bags prior to and after our stay while we explored the city. Close to Penn station.

Great location close to Midtown and the subway to explore the rest of NYC. Bed was a great size and room exactly as expected. Street noise wasn’t too bad considering the location. Convenient luggage drop off when checking out of the hotel and staff are super friendly always wanting to help and wishing you a great day.

The location was great, we were walking distance from time square, Macy’s, grand central station, Penn station a couple blocks away which was transport downtown. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable, room was clean. We had cleaning everyday, despite that they said they would come every other day, so please about that. Small gym but had what you needed. Little shop to purchase things by the reception which was handy if you need anything. Fridge and microwave in rooms which was great if you got a takeaway. So many great restaurant and diner close by.

The staff were universally great and friendly. You don't always get this in NY. I huge appreciated they let me store my bag, and then use the bathroom/facilities after I checked out. I had a long flight ahead and having a little time to freshen up made a lot of difference! Room very clean and comfortable. No noise noticeable except a bit of traffic. Very fast elevators!

Room was typically NYC size (aka cramped) but complete and well insulated from above/below so pretty quiet. Bathroom was exceptional - shower, sink, hairdryer, good lighting. Bed was comfortable but filled the floorspace so we ended up using the bed for sitting. Staff was great. Place was pretty clean and modern. I was surprised there was a mini-fridge and microwave in the desk space. Desk and lighting in room was pretty good. Fourteenth floor was pretty good for avoiding street noise. Elevators all worked all the time and were fast. We had no problem getting a taxi or Uber to the front door. Penn station is in walking distance so our trip to Long Island was convenient.

The staff for sure. Rebecca, Marie, and Justin were amazing. They should be ambassadors for Hilton Garden Inn! Great energy, very helpful and exemplary professionalism and customer service.

I really liked this hotel. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Always greeted me as I entered and left hotel. Room was a very nice size and the bathroom was spacious for NYC. Bed was comfortable. In-room frig, coffee maker. Supplied bottle water and a few snacks. Nice restaurant and bar in lobby. Little snack and gift area was nice. Location close to Penn Station, MSG, and not too far from theater area. Easy subway access.
